We were designed to move. We got exercise when we hunted, farmed, gathered food, and collected water. We and we’re not doing that anymore. Survival of the species dictates that if you don’t do what you’re design to do natural selection occurs, we are culled from the pack. It’s very simple if you don’t use it you lose it. If you use it gets better, improves. Most of us are deficient in our oxygen. We need aerobics. I cannot emphasize enough how important it is to get non-impact exercise. Walking is one of the most beneficial forms of exercise but we don’t really have time because it requires about an hour and a half 3 or 4 times a week to get that kind of exercise you need but most of us don’t have enough time. Swimming is one of the best forms of exercise but few have that available. Jogging only requires 20 minutes to get the same results as a 1 ½ hour walk unfortunately jogging is a hard on the joints, also the impact activates the myotatic reflex which causes the muscles to contract it also causes muscle tissue strain/damage. Even if you build up slowly and do it correctly jogging is often a strain on the tissues. Tissue damage compromises the energy /electrical system of the body. football players and extreme sports athletes statically die 10 to 15 years sooner than those that have moderate exercise because football players damage the connective tissues. Often in our busy lives we don’t have time to exercise but we do have to travel back and forth to work. we are on the verge of an epidemic of poor health in the Western World overweight etc. and so what better way to do that than through bicycling. But I often bicycling is a little too much for us, going up hills, especially as we get a little older. I feel the pedal assist bicycles is an excellent answer to our social dilemma of the day, of poor health. Power assist bicycling is a relaxing when you go up the hill you just turn on the juice and you can move up in it in a comfortable way. also with pedal assist electric bike you can get to your destination faster than you could just peddling normally. For those of you who live just a little bit away from your job and it’s on the flat then you don’t need electric bike but if there’s any kind of hills or any kind of great distance then electric bike can really make the difference.
Another consideration for the need to for electric bikes is the fact that there’s a lot of electronic pollution when you drive a car. Our body’s electrical system is compromised when we come near cell phones or intense electrical fields of any kind. therefore, sometimes when you drive a long distance sometimes you can feel exhausted burned out even though you’re just sitting there. Buy a trimester and place it in the front seat of your car and see the readings, the electronic pollution is very high.
Seems to me peddle assist bike is something of the future in so many ways. It cost approximately around $8 to drive a car for 40 miles (depending on your car and prices of gas) it cost 10 cents for to charge a bike battery to go 40 miles
There is a lot happening with the bikes these days the prices are going down. The battery life is getting better we were really understanding how bikes work. I think you should look at the benefits of electric bikes.
