The Co-Rider child bike seat will only work on a ladies bike if the support arms can be located at 90º to the seat or greater.  If the top bar of the ladies bike is so steep that the support arms for the Co-Rider must be angled forward [towards the front wheel ] then the Co-rider is not recommended for these bikes with a steep sloping top bar.
